What was built
A towbar is not a product a driver can buy blind. It has to match the exact vehicle, the exact model year and often the exact trim, and it has to come with the right wiring kit. Most of the work behind Euro-Attelage went into that: a catalogue mapped onto vehicle references, so that a driver who types in a registration is shown what actually fits.
Around it the group built the rest of the chain. Paid acquisition on Meta and Google, run in-house rather than bought from an agency. Product and installation video produced in-house. An order desk that turns an online order into a booked fitting appointment. And the working relationship with the installers who carry out the fitting.
None of this is transferable advice. It is an operating system for one category, built once and paid for by the group.
